Galvex improves production at its Muuga mill

According to latest industry reports, Galvex, the Estonian galvanising plant, supplying corrosion resistant high quality galvanised steel sheet to the world market, currently runs a monthly production of 25'000 tons HDG. The mill started production in November 2002 at its hot dipped galvanized mill located in Muuga, the industrial port of Estonia. The mill's annual operating capacity is reported as 378'000 tons, and can produce coils with thickness range of 0.25mm to 1.5mm, and widths of 635mm to 1.550mm. The company aims to reach a high quality production and particularly coating cold rolled coil. To meet the scheduled delivery dates is also an issue which the company handles seriously.
