Freight volumes on China’s roads rise by 4.6 percent in January-July

In the January-July period of the current year, the overall freight volume transported on China’s roads amounted to 18.027 billion mt, increasing by 4.6 percent, while the freight traffic volume on the country’s roads totaled 3.28 trillion mt-km, up 3.7 percent, both year on year, according to the latest data issued by China’s Ministry of Transportation (MOT).
