Freight volume on China's Daqin Railway up 6.7 percent in January-July 2026

The freight volume on the Daqin Railway in China totaled 235 million mt in the January-July period this year, up 6.7 percent year on year.

In July alone, the freight volume on the Daqin Railway amounted to 31.53 million mt, down 0.82 percent year on year, shifting from a year-on-year rise of 13.79 percent recorded in June.

In particular, the average daily freight volume on the Daqin Railway amounted to 1.0171 million mt in July.
