France’s industrial output up 1.4 percent in July over June

According to the statistics released by France's National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), the country's industrial production in July this year rose by 1.4 percent month on month, following a revised month-on-month decrease of 1.8 percent recorded in June.
 
In July, France's production in manufacture of metals and metal products rose by 1.6 percent, the production of the automotive industry increased by 1.5 percent, while the output of the construction industry decreased by 0.6 percent, all compared to the previous month.
