Vancouver, Washington-based pipe manufacturer Northwest Pipe Company announced Friday that Scott Montross, former Executive VP of the Flats Products Group at Evraz Inc. NA, will now serve as Northwest Pipe's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Evraz, Montross was VP of Sales and Marketing for the former National Steel Corporation.
Additionally, Richard Baum, formerly of Lane Powell, Attorneys & Counselors in Portland, Oregon will join Northwest Pipe as General Counsel.
