Finnish producer Rautaruukki now owns Rannila Slovakia

Finnish integrated flat steel producer Rautaruukki Steel Structure Division, aiming to expand its operations in Eastern and Central Europe, is now the owner of Rannila Slovakia after taking over its 49% shares from the Slovakian minority shareholder US Steel Kosice (USSK). Rannila Slovakia, located in Kosice, produces construction materials and has subsidiaries in Hungary and Romania. Company reported a €17.5 million ($20.3 million) turnover for last year.
