Final results of AD review on stainless steel flanges from India
On March 26, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel flanges imported from Indian producers Echjay Forgings Ltd and Viraj Forgings Ltd. The review covered the period February 1, 2003, through January 31, 2004. The DOC preliminary found that neither Echjay nor Viraj sold the subject merchandise at less than normal value in the US during the period of review. The DOC also decided to revoke the order with respect to imports from Viraj. After evaluating the comments received, the DOC decided not to make any changes in the preliminary results. Therefore, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results.
