Final results of AD review on SSSS in coils from Italy

On August 9, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Italy. The period of review was July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003. The review covers ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A and its US affiliate ThyssenKrupp AST, USA, Inc. (collectively TKAST or respondent). Interested parties were invited to comment on the preliminary results. After evaluating the comments, the DOC decided to make changes to the preliminary results. The final determination differs from preliminary results. The weighted-average duty margin for imports from Italy is as follows:

Manufacturer/exporter Margin

ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A.........3.72%
