Final results of AD review on SSSS in coils from France
On August 6, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from France. The period of review was July 1, 2002, through June 30, 2003. The review covered one producer/exporter of subject merchandise, namely Ugine & ALZ France, S.A. The DOC decided to make changes to the preliminary results, based on the analysis of the comments. The weighted-average duty margin for imports from the French producer is as follows:Manufacturer/exporter Margin Ugine & ALZ France, S.A.......................9.65%
