Final results of AD review on SS bar imported from Germany and Italy

The Department of Commerce (DOC), on February 5, 2004 published preliminary results of anti-dumping administrative review on stainless steel bars imported from Germany and Italy. The review covers the period August 2, 2001 through February 28, 2003. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, duty margins preliminarily determined for German producer BGH and Italian producers Foroni S.p.A and Foroni Metals of Texas and Ugine Savoie-Imphy S.A were 0.43%, 3.72% and 33.00% respectively. Upon evaluating the comments on these preliminary results, DOC determined to make changes in the preliminary results. Accordingly, duty margins adopted in the final results are as follows:
