Final results of AD review on certain pipe fittings from Korea
On March 26, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings imported from Korea. The review covered the period February 1, 2003, through January 31, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that sales of stainless steel butt weld pipe fittings from Korea have been made below the normal value (NV). After evaluating the comments received, the DOC decided to make changes in the margin calculations. Therefore, the final results differ from the preliminary results.
