Ferrexpo’s iron ore pellet output down slightly in Jan-Feb

Swiss-headquartered resources company Ferrexpo, whose main interests are in Ukrainian iron ore assets, has announced that in the January-February period of the current year its overall iron ore pellet production decreased by 0.16 percent year on year to 1.875 million mt.

In the given period, Ferrexpo's concentrate production decreased by 2.6 percent year on year to 2.212 million mt.

In February alone, the company produced 865,000 mt of pellets and 1.069 million mt of concentrate.
