FAI in China’s railways amounts to RMB 157.46 billion in Jan-Apr, up 0.6%

China Railway Corporation announced that the total fixed asset investments (FAI) in railways in China in the January-April period this year amounted to RMB 157.46 billion ($23.2 billion), up 0.6 percent year on year.

581 kilometers of new lines were opened to traffic in the given period, including 358 kilometers of high-speed railway lines.
