EvrazHolding plans IPO on LSE

Russian steel producer EvrazHolding announced plans for an initial public offering (IPO) worth more than $500 million on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). EvrazHolding officials stated that the listing is scheduled to be completed by early June. Sources report that the deal may bring free float of the company, currently fully owned by management, to around 10%.
