Evraz UGOK’s iron ore concentrate output increases in February

Evraz UGOK (Southern Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise), a subsidiary of Russian mining and steel producing company Evraz Group, has announced that in February this year its iron ore concentrate production increased by 8.16 percent year on year to 871,800 mt. Its output of agglomerate in the given month decreased by 8.9 percent year on year to 210,000 mt.

In the January-February period of this year, Evraz UGOK saw an 8.91 percent year-on-year increase in its iron ore concentrate production to 1.8493 million mt, while its output of agglomerate in the given period declined by 10.71 percent year on year to 417,000 mt.
