The European Commission has announced the imposition of provisional antidumping (AD) duty on ductile cast iron pipe imports from India. The provisional antidumping duty rates range between 15.3 percent and 31.2 percent.

The antidumping duty investigation launched in December 2014 covered the period between October 2013 and September 2014. The commission also initiated an anti-subsidy investigation for the same product in March this year.

The products subject to provisional antidumping duty currently fall within CN codes 7303 00 10 and 7303 00 90.
