EU-27 industrial production down 1.2 percent in June from May

According to a report released by Eurostat, the Statistical Office of the European Communities, in June this year seasonally adjusted industrial production fell by 0.7 percent in the euro area and by 1.2 percent in the EU-27, as compared to May. In May, industrial outputs rose by 0.2 percent in both areas on month-on-month basis.

In June this year, industrial production increased by 2.9 percent in euro area and by 1.7 percent in the EU-27, year on year.
