Environmentalist POSCO to complete FINEX process

The Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) which is conducted by 35 European investment companies, is making projects aiming to reduce greenhouse gases. One of these projects is the FINEX process that will reduce emissions of carbon dioxide by %19 when compared to the current blast furnaces and according to the project report South Korean steelmaker POSCO is scheduled to complete the construction of the environment friendly iron-making FINEX process until May 2003.
