Egyptian mill EZDK holds tender for its HRC production

The Egyptian steel mill EZDK invited major international traders to bid for its February/March production for a total well above 100'000 mts. Bids under the framework of this tender came in for large lots with destination Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Korea and China. It appears that prices quoted are ranging from $280/mt to $320/mt on FOB ST L/S/D basis, depending on the destination. SteelOrbis understands that Vietnam and China are the highest paying markets.
