EEC proposes to extend AD duty on stainless pipes from China

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has proposed to extend the antidumping (AD) duty on imports of cold rolled seamless pipes of stainless steel from China for another five years.

Existing antidumping duty on mentioned products stands at 19.15 percent. 

The expiry review was launched upon the request from Russian pipe producers TMK-INOX, Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant and Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant.

The products in question currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers of the Eurasian Economic Union 7304410005 and 7304410008.
