Corus plans price hike for flat products

Anglo-Dutch steel maker Corus plans to increase hot rolled coil prices by £75 per ton, cold rolled and hot dip galvanized steel prices by £85 per ton to be in effect as of June 27, 2004. The prices will be valid for sales in UK. According to the statement released by the company, the prices will be increased as demand in UK market is strong and the prices in international markets are high.
