CISA: China steel price index down further in week ending Sept 9

In the week ending September 9, the Chinese steel composite price index issued by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) decreased to 99.24 points, declining for the 21st consecutive week, according to the announcement made by the CISA on September 13.
 
At the end of August, the CISA’s steel composite price index for China stood at 101.53 points, down 6.55 points month on month.
 
The CISA stated that it expects that the domestic steel market will see greater stability under the influence of Chinese government measures.
