China’s PPI down 2.2 percent in Nov, CPI up 2.0 percent

In November this year, China’s producer price index (PPI) decreased by 2.2 percent compared to the same month last year and indicated a slight decline of 0.1 percent compared with October this year, accordingly to China’s National Bureau of Statistics. Meanwhile, in the January-November period of the current year, China’s PPI decreased by 1.7 percent on year-on-year basis.
 
Also in November of this year, China’s consumer price index (CPI) witnessed a year-on-year increase of 2.0 percent, while it was up by a slight margin of 0.1 percent month on month. China’s CPI for the first 11 months of this year increased by 2.7 percent compared to the same period last year.
