China’s finished steel exports up 21.7 percent in January-November

In November this year, China exported 9.61 million mt of finished steel, up 6.54 percent month on month and decreasing by 1.1 percent year on year, while the finished steel export volume in the January-November period of the current year totaled 101.74 million mt, up 21.7 percent year on year, as announced by the Chinese customs authorities on December 8.

In November this year,China exported 840,000 mt of metallurgical coke, up 70,000 mt or 9.1 percent month on month and decreasing by 1.06 percent year on year. In the January-November period this year, China’s coke exports totaled 8.40 million mt, up 12.20 percent year on year.
