In June this year, China’s excavator sales amounted to 16,603 units, up 5.31 percent year on year, according to the statistics for major excavator manufacturing enterprises issued by the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA).
In particular, in June, excavator sales in the Chinese domestic market came to 7,661 units, up 25.6 percent year on year, while excavator sales to the export market totaled 8,942 units, down 7.51 percent year on year.
In the January-June period this year, China’s excavator sales amounted to 103,213 units, down 5.15 percent year on year, including 53,407 units in the Chinese domestic market, up 4.66 percent year on year, and 49,806 units to the export market, down 13.8 percent year on year.
