China’s CPI rises by 1.6 percent in September

In September this year, China’s consumer price index (CPI) indicated a year-on-year increase of 1.6 percent, while it was up 0.1 percent month on month, according to data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on October 14.

In the January-September period of the current year, China’s consumer price index (CPI) rose by 1.4 percent year on year.
