China’s coal output down 10.7 percent in January-October

In October this year, China’s raw coal and metallurgical coke output amounted to 281.85 million mt and 39.93 million mt, down 12.0 percent and rising by 7.3 year on year, respectively, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In the January-October period of current year, China’s raw coal and metallurgical coke output totaled 2.73932 billion mt and 371.76 million mt, down 10.7 percent and decreasing by 0.8 percent year on year, respectively.
