China’s coal imports decrease by 11 percent in January-October

In the January-October period this year, China’s coal imports amounted to 387.623 million mt, down 11.0 percent year on year, as announced by the Chinese customs authorities.

In October alone, China’s coal imports totaled 41.737 million mt, down 9.75 percent year on year, while decreasing by 9.27 percent month on month.
