Chilean rebar sales decline in December and full-year 2015

Chilean rebar sales in December declined 23.9 percent, year-on-year, according to figures released by the nation’s civil construction chamber, CChC.

The trade group said Chilean rebar sales in December reached 40,524 mt, 12.9 percent down, month-on-month, from 46,546 mt in November.

As for the whole year, rebar sales totaled 512,362 mt, 16.2 percent down, year-on-year, from 611,370 mt in 2014.
