Chengde Steel supplies quake-resistant rebar for Inner Mongolian project

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Chengde Iron and Steel Group Co. (Chengde Steel) has announced that it has already supplied 4,200 mt of a total of 10,000 mt of earthquake-resistant rebar which it has been contracted to supply to the Wanda Plaza Project in Chifeng in China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
 
Covering 27.14 hectares and with a total construction area of 1 million ㎡, Wanda Plaza Project includes office buildings, hotels as well as residential apartments. It will constitute the largest commercial area in Chifeng upon completion of construction. Construction work started on the project in late June this year.
