Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Chengde Iron and Steel (Chengde Steel), a subsidiary of Hebei Steel Group, has announced that it achieved a record monthly sales volume of medium-width steel strip in May of the current year.
In May, Chengde Steel sold 77,400 mt of medium-width steel strip, while in the first five months of the current year it sold 294,600 mt of the product in question.
