iron ore export volume amounted to 25.96 million mt in November this year, decreasing by 18.3 percent compared to October and down 16 percent compared to the same month of 2013, according to the information released by the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade.

Brazil's export volume of semi-finished products of iron and steel amounted to 567,300 mt, decreasing by 10.17 percent compared to the previous month and up 30.8 percent compared to the same month of the previous year, while these exports were valued at $285.1 million, decreasing 5.41 percent compared to October and up 29.8 percent year on year.
Meanwhile, in November
Brazil's flat steel exports totaled 288,100 metric tons, decreasing by 7.9 percent from October and up 276.1 percent year on year. The revenue generated by these exports totaled $188.1 million, decreasing by 16.47 percent month on month and up 181.16 from the November 2013 level.
