The Brazilian industry and foreign trade ministry's commerce chamber, Camex, has announced that it has launched an analysis of the antidumping (AD) duty on non-grain-oriented (NGO) electrical steel imports from South Korea, Taiwan and China.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, in July this year Camex imposed an antidumping duty rate range between $132.50 and $567.16 per metric ton of the product in question from the abovementioned countries.

The products subject to the antidumping duty are classified under Harmonized System Code Numbers 7225.19.00 and 7226.19.00.
