Benxi Iron and Steel develops new products

China's Liaoning Province-based steelmaker Benxi Iron and Steel (Group) has announced that in September its hot rolled mill successfully trial-manufactured BG490CL high-strength wheel steel and Q500NQR1 high-strength railway steel.

Through exploitation of new equipment technologies, Benxi Iron and Steel has developed these new products which contribute to the product structure adjustment of the company and will help it to expand its markets.
