Baosteel to become global HRP supplier of Caterpillar
According to recent market reports, Chinese steelmaker Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. (
Baosteel) has become an official global supplier of Caterpillar Corporation, world's largest engineering machine, engine and generator set producer.
Baosteel will provide hot rolled steel
plate to Caterpillar, which is buying hot rolled plates from them for almost five years since 1998.
