Baosteel Special Material posts good bright steel output performance

Chinese steel giant Baosteel Group has announced that, after its weaker performance at the beginning of the current year the silver bright steel workshop of subsidiary Baosteel Special Material Co. recorded a good production performance in April, with an output of 5,631.43 mt of valve steel, drawing wire rod and special wire rod in the month in question.
 
Meanwhile, Baosteel Special Material lately completed production of the initial batches of stainless steel rods for the AP1000 pressurized water reactors of the Haiyang and Sanmen nuclear power plants. The nuclear plants in question are currently under construction in Haiyang, Shandong Province and in Sanmen, Zhejiang Province.
