Baosteel sells over 1 million mt of high strength CR automotive steel in 2010

According to the Chinese steel producing giant Baosteel Group, in 2010 the group sold more than 1 million mt of high strength cold rolled (CR) steel products for automotive application.

Since 2005, Baosteel Group has been developing a series of environmentally-friendly high strength cold rolled steel products used by automotive manufacturers.

Baosteel Group commenced production of the high strength cold rolled steel products in March 2009.
