Chinese steel giant Baosteel Group has announced that its special steel business unit has developed production of S32750 stainless hot rolled plate, after previously successfully producing S32205 stainless HR plate.
As compared with S32205 duplex stainless steel, S32750 has higher strength and greater resistance to stress and corrosion. It is used in the petrochemical industry, the oil refining sector, in vacuum salt production and in other corrosive environments.
