Baogang’s October crude steel output up from September level

Inner Mongolia-based Chinese steelmaker Baotou Iron and Steel Co. (Baogang Group) has announced that in October this year its crude steel output totaled 872,500 mt. Meanwhile, the company’s combined semi-finished and finished steel output was 865,300 mt in October, while it produced 871,500 mt of pig iron.
 
In September, Baogang’s outputs of crude steel, semi-finished and finished steel, and pig iron stood at 807,900 mt, 742,800 mt and 797,000 mt respectively.
