Average second-grade coke price in China down 9.6% in early November

In early November (November 1-10) this year, the average price in China of coking coal and second-grade metallurgical coke were recorded at RMB 1,198.8/mt ($180.8/mt) and RMB 1,595.3/mt ($240.6/mt), declining by RMB 81.2/mt ($12.3/mt) and RMB 169.2/mt ($25.5/mt), down 6.3 percent and 9.6 percent, compared to the price in late October (October 21-30), respectively, as announced by China’s National Bureau of Statistics.
