Average new house prices in 100 cities down 0.06 percent in February

In February of the current year, the average new house price in 100 cities of China was RMB 16,174/square meter ($2,327/sq.m.), remaining stable month on month, though down 0.06 percent year on year, 0.03 percentage points faster compared to the declining pace recorded in January, as announced by CIA, the largest independent property research organization in China.

Meanwhile, in February, the average second-hand house price in 100 cities of China came to RMB 15,856/square meter ($2,281.4/sq.m.), down 0.01 percent month on month, 0.10 percentage point slower than the decreasing pace recorded in January, while down 0.96 percent year on year, 0.15 percentage point faster than the declining pace recorded in the previous month.
