ArcelorMittal buys extra 25% in Polish subsidiary

It has been reported that the world's largest steel producer ArcelorMittal has bought an additional 25 percent stake in its Polish steel subsidiary ArcelorMittal Poland from the country's Treasury Ministry at a cost of PLN 436.4 million ($167.8 million).

With this latest purchase Arcelor Mittal has increased to 95 percent its stake in its Polish facilities which consist of four units spread across the country - the former Huta Sendzimira, former Huta Katowice, former Huta Cedler and former Huta Florian.
