AMCU approves creation of Yasinovsk Coke Company

The Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee (AMCU) has granted its approval to the joint proposal of Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol (Ilyich) and Donetskstal to set up Yasinovsk Coke Company. AMCU has stated that Yasinovsk Coke Company is to be created to make sure that the rules of fair competition between the players in the market for metallurgical coke are observed.
