AD review on stainless steel bar from UK rescinded
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) decided to rescind the antidumping duty administrative review on
stainless steel bar imported from
UK.
Upon a petition filed by Corus Engineering Steels (CES), the DOC, on April 22, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on
stainless steel bar imported from CES, Cablesa for the period March 1, 2004, through February 28, 2005.
The DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to imports of subject merchandise from
UK since CES withdrew its request for a review within 90 days after the initiation of the administrative review.
The deposit rate for CES is 4.48%.
