Aceralia to acquire 4.97% stake

Spanish steelmaker Aceralia's offer to acquire 4.97% of Arcelor's stakes in its capital, has been approved by shareholders of Spanish mill. Arcelor now waits approval from Madrid stock exchange regulatory authority. The offer price was €17 per share to be paid in cash.
