CIS origin 3SP-5SP billets are currently being offered for export at around $660-670/mt FOB Black Sea for April shipments.

The CIS export prices are still strong. It is heard that some sales were concluded to Latin America at $660/mt FOB last week. It would be difficult to say that demand from the Middle East for the price level in question is good; however, demand from North Africa and the Persian Gulf is fairly strong.
