BHP slabs to SSI

Traders report, Thailand's Sahaviriya Steel Industries (SSI) has reportedly bought 50-60'000 mt slabs from BHP at $225/mt CFR level for first quarter delivery. Deal for second quarter has not been concluded but price is expected to be at the range of $245-250/mt CFR.
