Turkish ship scrap market still stable

During the past week, the general price range in Turkey’s ship scrap market has remained unchanged at $450-480/mt. The decreasing trend observed in the deep sea scrap segment has led Izmir-based steelmakers to keep their ship scrap quotations stable.

In Turkey's Izmir region, the ship scrap purchase prices of local steelmakers are as follows:
