Turkish mill’s scrap tender concludes with ex-St. Petersburg booking

According to market reports, a scrap tender held by an Iskenderun region-based Turkish steelmaker has concluded with an ex-St. Petersburg scrap deal. Accordingly, it is heard that the transaction has been concluded at the average price level of $370/mt CFR for 26,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap, 2,000 mt of bonus grade scrap and 2,000 mt of shredded scrap, though the producer has not confirmed the transaction level.
