Zonguldak-based Turkish mill Erdemir has reduced its domestic scrap purchase prices today, July 1, by TRY 30/mt, which is equal to a drop of $4/mt on US dollar basis, though this decision has led to no change in the general range of benchmark DKP grade scrap prices in Turkey which are still standing at TRY 1,640-2,015/mt or $239-294/mt.
